I took a Light L16 and Sony A7R Mk III on vacation, and the pics in this album are of identical scenes taken with each camera.

The lens on the Sony, an SLR Magic Cine 35mm f/1.2 FE set to f/2 to match the L16's "native" aperture, unfortunately has quite poor quality away from the center, so it's not a fair comparison there.

But in the centers of the image, where the lens is sharp, the L16 holds up very well. You can download the full-res images to do some pixel peeping.
